I am excited to present a proposal outlining how we can collaborate to enhance Amansala’s brand and introduce new revenue streams through luxury car rentals and high-end content production. This partnership will not only increase Amansala’s visibility and guest traffic, but it will also align with your vision for luxury, wellness, and eco-chic hospitality, creating a seamless synergy between your brand and my services.

Optimal Timing and Brand Launch

This is an ideal time to implement this arrangement as Zaykai Group is on the cusp of its official launch. Being based in Tulum, it is crucial that this launch makes a significant impact to establish Zaykai Group’s presence in the region. Finalizing our website and integrating our current content into it will create a robust sales funnel, moving beyond merely encouraging clients to follow us to actively converting leads into customers.

Salaries & Employee Hours

Employee 1 (Full-Time):

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

  • Requirements: Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) for effective sales. As well must have a strong background in sales.

Salary: 10,000 MXN/month.

 

Employee 2 (Part-Time) (Qualified Candidate Confirmed):

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Must have a background in sales.

Salary: 6,000 MXN/month.ā€‹

Co-Manager (Zaykai Group Assistant, Part-Time) (Confirmed):

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM, plus 2 floating hours per week (total 22 hours).

  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, assist with client relations, and provide additional support as needed. Floating hours will be used to extend shifts on busy days, provide training, or address any issues that arise. These hours can be scheduled during the week or on Saturday. Has a strong sales background.

 Salary: 4,000 MXN/month.

Manager (Isaiah D.C.):

  • Role: Full-time management of booth operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards. However, I will frequently be off-site conducting lifestyle shoots for Vacation in Tulum and creating content to promote Zaykai Group and the cars. This off-site work is critical to our strategy, as it feeds directly into marketing efforts to drive both brand awareness and car rentals.

Salary: Based on performance, earning 5% commission on each employee’s sales and 10% on my own sales.

Note on Booth Sales Projections:

 

While the sales projections presented are highly achievable, they are based on the assumption that employee training and confidence are at 100% from day one. In reality, this is typically not the case, as there is often a learning curve with new employees and operational processes. As such, initial results may be slightly lower than projected. However, as training improves and the team scales to meet demand, performance is expected to catch up and align with these projections over time.

The business model emphasizes shorter-term G-Wagon rentals, driven by high-quality content that highlights the vehicles' luxury appeal. Longer-term rentals are also an option, but the focus is on maximizing shorter-term bookings through my personal branding and content production, aiming for higher overall revenue. The Tulum booth's prime location, with its heavy foot traffic and exposure to high-end travelers, enhances rental potential. While optimistic sales projections may require 1-2 weeks of employee training to achieve daily figures, these goals are attainable with the right systems, marketing, and visibility—details of which will be outlined later in the proposal. By reinvesting profits into marketing and team expansion, we can scale operations, boost visibility, and drive online sales, leading to increased rental volume and overall profitability.

Weddings & Special Events

Integrating luxury car rentals into wedding and event packages presents a significant opportunity to boost both visibility and revenue. By offering G-Wagons and other high-end vehicles, we create a unique selling point for clients seeking premium experiences.

 

  • Discounted Wedding Packages: Special rates will be available to clients who include one or more G-Wagons in their wedding budget, driving higher rental volumes and enhancing their event experience.

  

  • Incentivized Commissions: Sun and Speed will earn a 5% commission on wedding productions closed due to car rentals and a 10% commission if they bring a wedding client to Zaykai Group for production services.

 

  • Exclusive Event Rates for Sun and Speed: For events specifically managed by Sun and Speed, we will offer special rates and access to RAW content. This will be achieved by discounting production or editing hours to provide added value.

 

  • Sales Strategy Optimization: Our website will highlight wedding packages that combine luxury cars with photography and videography services, offering seamless booking and streamlined inquiries.

 

  • Enhanced ROI: By linking luxury car rentals with high-end production services, we maximize revenue potential, creating a compelling value proposition for clients and optimizing ROI for both rentals and media services.

 

This approach targets the wedding market, optimizing sales while offering clients a premium, high-value experience.

Location Costs & Commisions

I propose negotiating with Amansala to reduce the booth rental fee from 15,000 MXN to 10,000 MXN or transition to a commission-only model, while maintaining the 5% commission on all rentals.

 

Additionally, we should consider a more visible office space owned by the hotel on the opposite side. This location may require clearing some vegetation to accommodate a G-Wagon in front. Parking one G-Wagon in the original spot for visibility and another in front of the office would enhance our presence. This space offers more room for showcasing projects, tours, and team operations, improving the overall brand experience.

 

Given the high rental projections and the new Tulum airport’s impact, this space provides strong ROI and supports our growth, including additional services like weddings and luxury content packages.

Re-Investment Strategy Proposal

To ensure our business scales effectively and continues to capitalize on high-end content and luxury car rentals, I propose a strategic re-investment plan that aligns with both our profit-sharing structure and long-term goals. Below is a breakdown of how I envision the re-investment strategy working for both Zaykai Group and Sun and Speed, ensuring we optimize our growth while maintaining a fair contribution from both parties:

 

Marketing & Branding (30-40% of Total Profits)

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (50-60%): Given that our high-end content and my personal branding are critical drivers for both the rentals and content packages, I will take the lead on the marketing side, contributing more to this effort. This will ensure that we continue attracting high-end clients, influencers, and events that boost our visibility.

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (40-50%): Your contribution to general marketing, especially for driving traffic to car rentals, will directly benefit us by increasing rental bookings through online ads and booth traffic.

 

Team Expansion (10-15% of Total Profits)

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (70%): Since the content creation side of the business is already seeing high demand and may face bottlenecks, I propose taking the lead on expanding the creative team. This includes hiring additional photographers or content creators to handle increased demand, allowing me to focus on larger projects and exclusive shoots.

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (30%): Your portion of the team expansion would be focused on hiring additional sales staff or booth managers to help streamline rental operations, ensuring our high sales projections are met.

Upgrading Booth Space (5-10% of Total Profits)

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (40%): Investing in an enhanced booth experience is critical for brand presentation. My portion will go towards making the space more attractive for luxury clients, showcasing our content packages and services.

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (60%): Since the booth serves as the primary point for car rentals, your investment will help optimize the space to attract more foot traffic and car rentals, benefiting both rentals and our joint business growth.

 

Fleet Expansion (10-20% of Total Profits)

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (80-100%): Since the cars are your investment, the bulk of this re-investment will naturally come from your side. As we grow, expanding the fleet will help meet the increasing demand for rentals and content shoots.

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (0-20%): My investment in fleet expansion would come into play if we tie this directly to content creation, such as exclusive access to specific vehicles for shoots or larger content projects.

 

Content & Equipment Upgrades (5-10% of Total Profits)

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (80-90%): The quality of content we provide is a significant draw for clients, so I will focus on upgrading equipment and production capabilities. This will maintain the luxury and premium feel that sets us apart.

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (10-20%): A smaller contribution from your side will help ensure that content upgrades continue to elevate the car rentals, making them more appealing through premium presentations.

 

Long-term Scalability & Diversification (5-10% of Total Profits)

  • Zaykai Group's Contribution (50-60%): As we explore additional avenues for revenue, such as event collaborations and more diverse content packages, I’ll take the lead in developing these opportunities and ensuring their success.

  • Sun and Speed's Contribution (40-50%): Your investment here would focus on expanding the fleet or exploring new markets that align with our high-end brand, like offering rentals for Tulum’s private jet clientele or expanding to other high-demand areas.
